Dale Essenmacher

Dale Essenmacher is a 20-year veteran of the financial services industry. He began his career as a retail broker at a subsidiary of American Express. Dale joined DailyAccess as a Regional Sales Director and sold approximately $1 billion in plan assets in that role. He was promoted to National Sales Manager in 2006 and manages all external retirement plan sales staff and activities for DailyAccess.

Dale is a graduate of Oakland University.

Francisco Navarro

Francisco Navarro

Francisco joined Lincoln Financial Group in September 2010, with 22 years of
industry experience. In his current capacity as regional sales director in southern
California and Hawaii, Francisco splits his time between providing qualified plan
solutions for business owners, and product training and industry education for
independent and wirehouse financial advisors.

Prior to joining Lincoln, Francisco served as a regional sales director with John
Hancock and MassMutual. Francisco has unique bilingual and cultural knowledge
to address the needs of Spanish-speaking participants within 401(k) plans. Morever,
Francisco also invested half of his career working for Qualified Benefits, a known
third party administrator in Woodland Hills, California, where he honed his skills in
qualified plan design and the intricate workings of plan administration.

Francisco studied business finance at California State University Northridge and
maintains an Accredited Investment Fiduciary (AIF®) designation. He also holds
FINRA securities registrations 6 and 63, as well California and Hawaii state
insurance licenses.

Francisco lives in Sherman Oaks, California with his wife, Yvette and his two sons:
Nicholas and Matthew. His life revolves around his wife and his children, and
bringing better participant outcomes to his advisors’ clients.

Dan Mohr

Dan is the Director of Business Development with Principal
Financial Group. Dan's territory includes Los Angeles
California and Hawaii. Dan provides marketing, business
development and business growth tools and ideas to
financial professionals within Principal’s key distribution
partners.

Dan is an Ohio native. He graduated from Purdue University,
in Lafayette, IN, with a B.S. in Business Management in
1998.

Dan has 11 years' experience in the industry. He is a NASD
Registered Representative of Princor Financial Services
Corporation, a member of the Principal Financial Group®. He
holds his Securities License Series 7 and 63. Dan is married
to his wife Emily and they reside in the Los Angeles area..

Kevin McCarthy, AIF

Kevin McCarthy

Kevin brings over 25 years of industry experience with a wide and varied background to his role at Guardian. With a unique ability to simplify complex ideas and present them in a clear and compelling manner, Kevin has built working relationships that go far beyond providing financial products. Kevin's mission is to offer proven retirement solutions for a wide range of qualified plans including 401(k), profit sharing and defined benefit plans that are designed especially for the needs of business owners and their employees. He also specializes in helping financial advisors find opportunities to grow their practice.

Kevin attended California State University Fullerton and received a BA in Journalism and Public Relations. He is Series 7 and 63 licensed and an Accredited Investment Fiduciary (AIF).

Kevin resides in Coto de Caza, California with his wife and their five children. He enjoys golfing, sailing, playing tennis, gardening, and coaching youth sports.

Michele Giangrande

Michele Giangrande

Michele Giangrande is the Regional Channel Manager for ADP Retirement Services, working with financial advisors in Southern California and Arizona. Prior to ADP, she was with AllianceBernstein for 7 years servicing their 401(k) product, and then moving to external sales in the defined contribution investment only division.

Michele started her career as a financial advisor for PaineWebber in New York City and in the last few years has relocated to the West Coast. She has her series 7 and 66 license and is completing her Qualified Plan Financial Consultant license through ASSPA.

Ken Guidroz, MBA

Ken Guidroz

Ken serves as Director of New Plan Design for Kravitz. He speaks on retirement plan issues to CEO groups, trade organizations, CPA and financial planning societies.

He designs plans for professional firms and businesses of all sizes to help them accelerate their retirement savings by adding a Cash Balance plan or simply maximizing their 401(k) Profit Sharing plans.

Ken helped create and launch the Kravitz Cash Balance Coach® program in 2009. He has taught close to 400 financial advisors and retirement professionals how to grow their businesses by marketing and selling Cash Balance Plans.

Ken brings a broad range of business experience to Kravitz. He earned his MBA from Pepperdine University in 1995 and worked in the pharmaceutical industry for 10 years. In addition, Ken has served in Christian ministry for 15 years, five of them as a senior pastor.
