
John Reynertson is native of the Chicago area. He received his undergraduate degree from Indiana University in Bloomington Indiana and his Masters in Business Administration from Pepperdine University in Malibu California.
The first 11 years of his career John sold employee benefit plans and managed the Orange County and Los Angles sales offices for Unum Corporation. The next phase of his career John sold and serviced 401k plans for Principal Financial Group, as well as managed their Los Angles Sales Office. Later John established a consultant relationship practice for Principal working in the institutional retirement plan marketplace and did business development in the large plan 401k marketplace.
The last 4 plus years John have been Managing Director Investment Only Retirement Plans for John Hancock Funds working in the DCIO marketplace with advisors and recordkeepers in the western half of the United States.

Susie Tan joined Guardian in late 2009 after nearly 14 years in the disability insurance industry as both a benefits broker and wholesaler with both UNUM and MassMutual.
Susie currently oversees the sales and distribution of Guardian's guarantee-issue DI products across Guardian's agency and group distribution channels within the western region.
She works closely with brokers in the small to jumbo case group market seeking to enhance the disability income protection benefits for their clients' highly compensated employees.
Ms. Tan's guest speaking engagements include the SunLife of Canada Women's Forums and numerous industry seminars on the topic of corporate disability planning and design techniques.
Susie is a graduate of the University of Toronto and currently resides with her fiance and 4 month old terrier in San Francisco, California.

Mr. Welch's 27-year career in the qualified retirement plan arena began with the actuarial firm, Milliman & Roberston, Inc. in Seattle. He later joined Howard Johnson & Company/Merrill Lynch where he was the primary client contact and production manager for a team of plan administrators.
Mr. Welch continued his career with William M. Mercer, Inc. as a retirement plan consultant working on compliance and plan design projects. Automatic Data Processing, Inc. later purchased William M. Mercer's retirement plan administration business and he remained with ADP and managed the transition of Mercer's clients to ADP. Mr. Welch later joined Wells Fargo Bank, building and maintaining Retirement Plan client relationships in Oregon and Washington.
Just prior to joining United Retirement Plan Consultants in September 2011, Mr. Welch was an operations leader with Milliman responsible for hiring and training staff to form Milliman's Western Regional Processing Center in addition to merging operations and implementing best practice policies and tools.

Keith joined Lincoln Financial Group in 2010 with 15 years of retirement plan specific industry experience. Keith truly appreciates and finds enjoyment in the responsibility of helping advisors influence thousands of employees to achieve better retirement outcomes. Prior to joining Lincoln, Keith has industry experience as a wholesaler, enrollment specialist,internal sales support, client account representative and TPA pension representative with John Hancock, ING and a local Third Party Administrator.
Keith currently holds FINRA series 7, 66, 63 and state life insurance licenses. He is certified as an Accredited Investment Fiduciary, an accreditation purposed with instructing investment fiduciaries on how to fulfill their duties to a defined standard of care. Keith received his bachelor's degree from Washington State University with a dual major focusof Finance, Management and a minor focus in Economics. Keith resides in Seattle Washington, enjoying the cities beauty with family and friends. Keith spends his quality time traveling, staying healthy(or working to get back to healthy), golfing and enjoying watersports.
Jennie Hunsberger is currently a 401(k) Regional Channel Manager in the Pacific Northwest with ADP Retirement Services.
Previously she was a New Business Consultant at ING, where she was responsible for new business development for the American Bar Association Retirement Funds in Northern California.
Her responsibilities included:

- Point of Sale Presentations with Plan Sponsors
- Plan design recommendations; transition and implementaion of new business.

Mark is the RMS wholesaler for the northwestern corner of the U.S. He has been in the financial services industry for 15 years, and holds the Certified Financial Planner and Chartered Retirement Plans Specialist designations.
Mark graduated from Miami University with a degree in philosophy, and grew up on Air Force bases around the country and in England. His favorite recreational activities are skiing and backpacking in the great outdoors.

As a Regional Director of Sales for Ameritas Retirement Plans, Robert is responsible for a seven-state territory in the West. He is based in San Francisco.
Robert has more than 25 years' comprehensive retirement experience in the marketing of investment and full-service pension products. This includes 401(k), Profit Sharing, Defined Benefit, and Money Purchase plans. Investments marketed range from fixed income and cash equivalents to equities and real estate.
Before joining Ameritas Retirement Plans, Robert was with the Hartford Insurance Company for 11 years. In his tenure, he first managed the Pacific Northwest where he was responsible for developing Hartford's presence in the 401(k) marketplace. Prior to the Hartford, he had three years with Transamerica, 15 years with CIGNA/Connecticut General, and five years with New York Life – all in the qualified retirement market.
Robert has been responsible for training producers on how to increase their sales in the qualified plan market. He has been responsible in developing territories and increasing sales through seminars, strategic planning, and marketing. Robert has a focused approach to sales generation increasing opportunities for the financial advisors.
