How did it all start?

After 20 successful years as a financial planner, Ross Marino, CFP®, ChFC®, founded 401(k) Rekon to help financial advisors and RIAs build better practices by leveraging the resources of providers. Over time, 401(k) Rekon expanded beyond the qualified plan market and became Rekon Intelligence, the premier provider of events for financial advisors. Our clients are exclusively financial service providers, including Broker Dealers, asset managers, insurance companies, TPAs, and qualified plan recordkeepers.

Rekon Intelligence helps financial advisors and RIAs build better practices by leveraging the resources of providers. Our events bring the best education, speakers, and value-add resources to 90+ locations across the country.

Rekon Event Management offers total event outsourcing for financial service providers. We allow you to spend more time meeting with clients and prospects and less time planning and managing events.
